"Helpful support, even if I was a little confused at first"
I had a question about fitment before I placed my order, and tech support got back to me quickly. I was a bit confused at first about what would actually work, but they explained it clearly enough and didn’t make me feel rushed. It took one extra email to get everything sorted out, but overall they were helpful.

"Didn't really feel much of a boost"
I barely noticed any extra power. I wasn’t expecting it to turn the thing into a rocket or anything, but you’d assume there’d be at least a clear difference. It felt pretty much the same to me

The box arrived safely, just a little dented in one corner... but nothing inside seemed affected, so overall I'm happy with it.

"A few of the parts that showed..."
A few of the parts that showed up weren’t even what I ordered, and some of the hardware was missing too. I figured it would be a simple fix, but I had to go back and forth explaining the same thing, and the way they responded made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of helped. Frustrating overall.

"Decent parts, but I wish they lasted longer"
The parts worked fine at first and held up okay for a bit, but I noticed rust showing up sooner than I expected. They’re not terrible, but I was hoping for better durability. Kind of disappointing when you just want something to last.

"Confusing instructions threw off my whole day"
The parts showed up fine, so I thought I’d have it put together quickly and still have time for the plans I had later. Nope. The instructions were really confusing, like they skipped over random steps, and some of the pictures didn’t even seem to match what I was looking at. I ended up wasting a bunch of time digging through forums just to figure out what to do next. It eventually worked out, but it was way more annoying than it needed to be and pretty much ruined my afternoon.

"Fitment Was Way Off"
I ordered this kit thinking it would fit like it was supposed to, but once I started installing it, nothing really lined up right. I ended up having to modify way more than I expected, which got frustrating fast. What made it worse was feeling kind of left in the dark, like I had to figure everything out on my own with no clear guidance. Definitely not the smooth install I was hoping for.

"Decent, but the install took longer than I expected"
For the price, the parts were okay. I thought I’d have it all sorted quickly, but somewhere between starting it and coming back to it later, the fitment ended up taking more messing around than I expected. Maybe it was the same day, maybe the next day—I kind of lost track. It worked out in the end, but I wouldn’t say it was an amazing value. Not terrible, just not super impressive either.

I opened the kit ready to put everything together, and then realized the bolts weren’t in the box, so that pretty much stopped the whole project before it even started. Kind of frustrating because everything else seemed to be there, but without those bolts I couldn’t really do anything with it.

I had to send back a part because it didn’t fit my setup. Kind of frustrating at first, though that wasn’t really on them. I emailed customer service and they got back to me quickly with clear return steps. Once they received it, the refund came through without any hassle. Overall, simple and no drama

"Build quality just wasn’t there"
The build quality was disappointing. A lot of the parts felt cheap and kind of rough, and the welds looked messy in a few spots. The fitment wasn’t great either, so I ended up spending extra time fixing things that really should’ve been right straight out of the box

The parts themselves were fine, so no real complaints there. But the customer service felt slow to me. I emailed about my order and waited a few days to hear back, and when they did reply, it was a really short answer that didn’t help much. Maybe I was expecting too much, but does a few days for a basic response seem kind of long? It wasn’t the worst experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Installation Was Tougher Than I Expected"
In my experience, the parts themselves seemed fine, but the installation took a lot longer than I thought it would. I felt like the instructions could’ve been clearer, which made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be. I did get it done in the end, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth install for me

"I ordered a few parts from CXRacing and..."
I ordered a few parts from CXRacing and the shipping actually moved along quickly. Tracking came through not long after I placed the order, and the box got to me earlier than I had it in my head. Everything was packed fine and nothing gave me a reason to complain, which is always nice when you're waiting on parts. I'd be comfortable ordering from them again.

"Pretty accurate parts, no regrets"
I ordered from cxracing.com and the parts were pretty much what I expected based on the listing. The photos and specs helped a lot, and luckily nothing major was off, which was a relief because I really didn’t want to waste time or money dealing with returns or wrong parts. The fitment info could be a little clearer in a few places, but overall it matched the description well enough. I’d give it 4 stars.
